Blogger Beta!!

I've always wanted Blogger to have certain additional features, such as categories, and now Blogger Beta provides all those features, and more!! So I've switched from Blogger to Blogger Beta, despite the risks associated with Beta versions -- the advantages out-weigh the risks by a mile!

For example, Blogger Beta provides categories, links to old posts at the bottom (so the reader can browse through all posts of the blog, from the 11th post onwards -- but this feature doesn't seem to be fully functional as yet), a modular sidebar (each of the sections such as 'profile and contact', 'highlights', 'useful posts' are now all separate modules, which can be modified without needing to make changes to the Blogger Template!), 'Posts (Atom)' at the bottom (which shows the same contents via a different interface), different archive views (e.g. hierarchical, flat), and even a drag-drop interface for making changes to the Blogger Template!! I would have been satisfied with just the introduction of categories, but these guys have outdone themselves!

So now, searching through older posts and browsing the blog should be much easier than before. I'll be adding a search feature sometime soon to add to the convenience!
